Commercial iOS Game Portfolio
Designed, built, and commercially launched three iOS games on the App Store using agentic AI engineering practices. Each game systematically tests a different mobile platform capability - colour perception, procedural puzzle generation, and real-time audio synthesis. Monetised via Google AdMob with rewarded video ads and interstitials. A fourth game is in active development with two more in the pipeline.
Enterprise Architecture Foundations
Established architecture foundations for one of Australia's largest not-for-profits across 100+ sites. Introduced governance, developed integration strategy, and led a team of solution architects - leveraging AI to scale delivery.
FutureScapes
Designed and built a production-grade AI education platform from scratch - five microservices, graph-based data modelling, custom multi-agent orchestration with A2A protocol, and retrieval-augmented generation. Currently in beta testing in NSW schools.
Enterprise Architecture at NSW Department of Education
Led groundbreaking enterprise and solution architecture initiatives across NSW Department of Education's digital transformation portfolio over 2+ years. Architected Australia's most innovative AI education program (#NSWEduChat) scaling to 2,200+ schools, served as Program Architect for an 800,000-student digital credentials initiative (Education Wallet), developed departmental reference architectures and AI governance frameworks, and created reusable architecture patterns. Work spanned AI implementation at scale, W3C Verifiable Credentials, integration architecture, DevSecOps, and cross-agency collaboration across nine government entities.
NSW Education EduChat AI Initiative
Led enterprise architecture for NSW Education's major AI initiative scaling to 2,200 schools. The solution leverages Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI to deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform that enhances student engagement and learning outcomes. Involved in solution architecture of platform, defining capabilities, scaffolding and guardrails required of a enterprise scale solution, harvesting architecture patterns, and ensuring buy-in of the solution by the technology leadership team and smooth passage through architecture governance forums.
UTS Data Modernisation
Delivered a comprehensive data modernisation strategy for UTS, conducting 70+ stakeholder interviews to define business needs and requirements. Produced narrative storyboards, a future state architecture incorporating data mesh and data fabric, four strategic proof of concepts, and a decision-focused roadmap. Subcontracted through TASNIX.
Grameen Australia Digital & Technical Transformation
Part of a consulting team brought in during the establishment phase of Grameen Australia, the Nobel Peace Prize-winning global microfinance family. Led digital and technical transformation - designing technology strategy, selecting the core banking platform, setting up digital presence, and establishing technology governance to support financial inclusion for people on low incomes.
NSW Education Wallet
Served as Program Architect for NSW's ambitious digital credentials and learner identity initiative responding to the Shergold and Gonski reviews. Designed solution architecture across four delivery streams - Digital Qualifications, Learner Profile, Careers NSW, and Skills Market Comparison. Coordinated cross-agency integration across nine government entities including NESA, Service NSW, Training Services NSW, and UAC. Established verifiable credentials standards based on W3C specifications, designed federated identity architecture using OpenID Connect, and created API-first integration patterns enabling agency independence while ensuring ecosystem interoperability.
Teaching and Learning Roadmap in Under Two Months
Led enterprise architecture for a major NSW Education digital transformation programme covering 1,000+ schools and 200,000+ students. Delivered a comprehensive teaching and learning technology roadmap in under two months using sprint-based co-creation, stakeholder voting, and domain-grounded frameworks. Partnered with an education researcher to ground every architecture decision in educational reality. Created strategic themes, value streams, and capability mapping that quantified benefits in teacher-hours rather than technology metrics. Established full traceability from vision to delivery through voted user stories and independent prioritisation.
