This privacy policy applies to all apps and services provided by Skills of the Future PTY LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), including Shade Shift, Minesweeper Zen, Signal Zen, Fledgling, and the website at skillsofthefuture.org.au.

This policy complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988.

Information You Provide

Our apps do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. Game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device only.

Feedback Forms

Our website includes optional feedback forms for each game, hosted by Google Forms. If you choose to submit feedback, the following information may be collected:

• Your game rating (required)
• Free-text comments about what you enjoyed or what could be improved (optional)
• Your email address, only if you choose to provide it (optional)

This information is stored securely in Google's infrastructure and is only accessible to Skills of the Future PTY LTD. We use this feedback solely to improve our games. We do not share, sell, or distribute your feedback responses to any third party.

Submitting feedback is entirely voluntary and no sign-in is required. We retain feedback responses indefinitely to improve our games, but you can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Advertising

Our apps display optional rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. When you choose to watch an ad, Google may collect:

• Device advertising identifier
• IP address
• General location (country/region)
• Device information (model, OS version)

This data is used by Google to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's policy.

Data Storage

All game data (scores, settings, hint tokens) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps contain advertising which complies with Apple's App Store guidelines.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to delete or provide. Your local game data can be removed by deleting the app from your device. Feedback form submissions can be deleted upon request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
